What we will do

We will at all times provide you with a quality service and:

Provide you with a written quotation of the work to be carried out (this may not be practicable in an emergency).

Provide you with an appointment slot time within which time we will arrive and commence work. (Short duration jobs only)
Slot 1: 0800 - 1030
Slot 2: 1030 - 1300
Slot 3: 1300 - 1530
Slot 4: 1530 - 1800
Work taking place over several days will commence at 0800 and cease at 1645 with a 45 minute lunch break (subject to weather) or by mutual agreement.

Contact you via telephone up to one hour prior to our arrival.

In the event of unforseen circumstances whereby we will be unable to meet our appointment with you, contact you at the earliest opportunity and agree with you a new appointment. In these circumstances we will provide a 5% discount to your invoice.

What we would like you to do

Advise us immediately should you wish to re arrange our appointment.

If you are providing materials, ensure they are on site prior to the commencement of work, and of sufficient quantity and quality.

Pay for materials provided by us immediately they are delivered to site.

Ensure both electricity and water are on site and freely available. If we provide generators and water this will incur additional cost to you.

If you require work carrying out additional to that stated on our quotation, provide us with an additional signed order.

Pay us promptly and completely by either cash, cheque, or online using your credit / charge card upon completion of the work in the case of minor works, and in the case of works taking place over several days make payments weekly. (We will accept cash in both Euros and Sterling, however we will make a handling charge of 2.5% on Sterling, plus the local exchange rate costs. All online credit card payments are in Euros. Payment online is via Paypal)
